First of all I would like to thank Crystal for her desire to provide her customers with quality and healthy dogs. I am a frequent customer and have been for years. I have numerous dogs from Critters for myself, children and family out of state. I am an AKC dog trainer and need dogs with very stable temperaments. When people and family see and meet my dogs they always love them. They have the good temperaments and are very healthy.  Numerous family members have had me buy them a dog from Crystal sight unseen because they like what I have bought from her for others. Many other people buy from her after meeting my dogs at work.

I have never known Crystal to be dishonest. She has gone the extra mile several times to make sure we were happy and taken care of. She has alerted us to any unforeseen problems that have arisen before we knew anything was up when she could have very well just been quiet and we would never had known had it not been for her honesty.  I do know that she expects the same from her customers, as it prevents problems. Communication is her key to success.

I really do appreciate how hard Crystal works to provide her customers with happy healthy puppies. It gives us a place to go to purchase a dog with comfort and ease. Thanks and hats off to her.

Crystal Miller [owner of Critters Pet Store] is a rare commodity in today’s business world. A mother, grandmother, wife and business owner, Crystal is no stranger to the balancing act it takes to juggle everyday life. However, over the past four years in which I have known her personally and professionally, I have watcher her juggle a business which requires more than bookkeeping, employees, customers and an inventory. Crystal’s business goes far beyond the average retail store business.

Crystal is also responsible for living, breathing and feeling creatures. Crystal Miller owns a pet store. I have found Crystal to be very consciences about the health and wellbeing of the little creatures in her charge, but sometimes even the best care isn’t enough. Most of her charges are babies, and babies get sick. This is why each client purchasing a puppy is given a health guarantee. I find this guarantee to be extremely fair. If the clients follow the “guidelines” also provided to them, things should go well. However in case they don’t, Crystal also honours a return policy.

I own four beautiful, wonderful little critters [dogs] from Crystal’s pet store and hope to continue a long friendship with this remarkable woman and her juggling act.
